We focus on Olympic style target shooting and its associated skills. Each month, informal practices sharpen the individual's talents. Occasional matches are held where these skills are "put to the test" in a friendly, competitive atmosphere. We meet on the second Saturday. There is a strong emphasis on safety, so this is an excellent way for you to introduce your youngsters and their friends to the exciting world of sport target shooting. All essential equipment; eye protection, ear protection and target rifles are provided. Entry fees are $5.00 which includes one box of ammunition. Additional boxes of ammunition are $1.50. Youths are closely supervised and adults are encouraged to participate as well. Come out and join us, there's always room for more.
Due to increased interest, we have had to restrict the safety briefing to those who arrive by 9:30 AM. If you are not one of our regular shooters you must attend the safety briefing at 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, and there is not sufficient staff to redo the safety briefing, you will be turned away. Please be here by 9:30 so we can include you in the morning's shooting !!!
